"I do not know what all these other people are complaining about. This is obviously not a fancy hospital, but I was in and out of the ER in two hours. The woman working registration was a little prickly, but the nurses and doctors were super friendly and competent. It seems like a lot of people who work at this hospital are from the same Caribbean community, and they were very warm with one another and with me. Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very thorough in my diagnosis and treatment. Also, I have found that healthcare professionals are often not private enough with the information that they are giving and receiving from you -- speaking loudly in front of other patients, etc -- and this was not the case here. I really appreciated that :)"

"Great Hospital with wonderful staff. Lots of individuals who visit this hospital has a lot of negative things to say about the staffing. I would like to say I have not experienced any negative interactions between the medical staff. The ER staff were friendly and courteous. The doctor I interacted with was very knowledgeable and gave clear explanations and instructions. Continue proving great service."

"As a hospital, the medical care was top notch. However, the funky a** attitudes of the nurses left a LOT to be desired!!!!! The hospital administrator needs to get on top of that asap! I get along with everyone, so if you're giving ME attitude, you really have a problem that needs handling! But for that, l believe they deserve *****!!! In fact, I would go so far as to say they are one of the better hospitals in the Brooklyn area! Work on your people skills, and actually BECOME the best hospital in Brooklyn! Peace & Blessings..."
