"Used to be a good hospital. Green Pod staff is lacking in attentiveness been here since being transferred over from Blue Pod about 11a.m. and just now at 4:00 p.m. seen a RN for the first time. Had to ask for water and food for my mother or she would not have been given either. They really need to have better staffing, if you don't want to be here find another job don't ignore people that's in your care a simple how you doing do you need anything is the most courteous thing to do. Had I not been with her she would have been hungry and dehydrated."

"I came in having an anaphylactic allergic reaction which is time sensitive and appreciated the quick, effective treatment I was given at the Mount Sinai Beth Israel Emergency Department. The staff, nurses, and doctors were kind, listened to me, and explained things well."

"I was here yesterday in the pediatric emergency and I am very happy with the service that they provide to my son and also to my daughter that was not sickThe nurses and staff were very nice and made sure my son was ok before discharging him,they offer chips and juice to my daughter someone came to play with her ,give her crayons to color and she even got a tablet to playThis was the most pleasant and comfortable ER visit that I had in my son 17 years of age"
