"Shoulder dislocated, wait for half an hour making paperwork then another half an hour in the room waiting for a doctor, hurting like hell, but still no doctoredit: almost 1 hour now, still no doctor.edit: have a x-ray, then back to waiting.edit: after 3 hours, finally use 3-4 mins to correct it.Staffs are friendly, but it is unorganized and very busy."

"Tip: check in is where the ambulances normally drive in. You have your temperature taken under the tongue (which seems kind of risky due to the pandemic) and a staff member will then check you in.It's pretty hard to judge an emergency room by someone else's experience because it's a really stressful place to be in. The long wait or them not accepting your insurance is not a thing that can be helped. I had the good luck of coming in at 9 am when it was empty and receiving very prompt service. I am basing my review on the fact that every staff member was kind and professional, their communication with me was good, and I felt confident in my treatment. I also heard the medical staff dealing with a very confused and upset woman who'd had a stroke and they were very kind and gentle with her. Cleaning procedures seemed excellent and patients with covid-19 are treated in the temporary triage area downstairs."

"Had a gash in my leg they took care of it with a total of 10 stitches...however when I returned to have them taken out, they sat me in the waiting room and removed them there. The lighting was so bad I had to use the flashlight on my phone. Oh yeah, the guy also left one stich that I ended up taking out myself...not sure if this is protocol."

"My son accidentally took my BP pill and and my wife who hasn’t fully moved here yet didn’t know the area. But she came in and the staff handled everything very well they made him a priority but didn’t stress out and was very efficient which calmed my wife. She was terrified and was scared they wouldn’t let her in the room or blame her. But she said how they treated her and my son was comforting. She comes from a family of doctors and knows the good and bad when it comes to ERs but she said she felt confident in the staff. They explained everything to her clearly and she said that even though she didn’t have a lot of time to make decisions she felt that she wasn’t rushed in to giving consent and was given that chance to get to acceptance of what needed to happen. Unfortunately we didn’t get anyone’s name written down since it was a frantic evening however I also was Impressed they allowed me to come by her side. I know covid restrictions are tough right now but it meant the world that I could be there for her and my son. Also the security guard the night of November 3rd was very helpful as to figure out parking my wife’s car because she didn’t know the area, our son was passed out in the back seat she just wanted to get in and have him seen. She was expecting the “ma’am you can’t park here “ speech but instead she got a I have it handled ma’am and she was so grateful to be able to be by our sons side. Thank you for your sense of urgency and compassion.Mr.Tynes and Mrs.Roshandel"

"I have come here multiple times for my son and also for my wife. The staff are friendly and reasonably helpful (considering our dysfunctional healthcare system). Wait times can be long, but that is no surprise."

"I came in with a broken clavicle in a stable position and after following the minimal advice given to me by two separate doctors the fracture is now unstable and I will have to get surgery now. If I was given a figure 8 splint instead of a sling or given more professional advice this wouldn’t have happened."

"I've been at this ER a a few times in the last 10 years, either for myself or my husband, They have always provided excellent quality care, given the load they have from time to time. The quality of ALL the staff, from the custodians to the physicians, has been uniformly responsive. caring, and well trained. Everyone does their best, and when they're not overloaded, they are outstanding: when they are, they are still delivering the absolute best that can be had."
