"I was trying to be seen by my primary doc and was getting a response to my medical concerns! It was so frustrating.. I was having a lot of discomfort and needed to be seen bcuz of Covid symptoms and I'm immunocompromised. I went to Carbon Health Urgent Care in American Canyon and was seen within 10 min! I was tested and waited for my results. Once I got my results they told me about medication options regarding antiviral meds. The staff was so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Now I'm back at home with my meds, all within a couple of hours. I can start to relax thx to Carbon Health!!! No more stress and anxiety!!"

"I appreciate being able to make a same day appointment even on a holiday when my normal dr is closed. The staff and medical team are excellent, helpful, and caring. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I think the app is a huge bonus because I like being able to see test results and after care summary right away. I would certainly make an appointment here again if needed."

"My elderly father was referred to an ENT, because of very clogged ears, that caused him to be almost completely deaf. ENT called for appointment, and the soonest they had available was almost two months out. I was able to get him an appointment with Carbon Health the very next day. Instant relief!! Everyone we interacted with was professional, understanding of the situation, and extremely kind. After removing decades of buildup, he can now hear much better. Will definitely use again!"

"Visited Carbon Health’s newly opened facility in Novato, CA (Vintage Oak shopping center) and had a very positive experience. Staff was very friendly, attentive and quite helpful. Received clear assessment and care plan for my medical condition. Service provider(s) made themselves available by phone, virtual visits, etc. in the event I had questions or concerns after my visit. They also reached out to check-in with me days after the initial visit. If you find yourself in need of a doctor or urgent care center on short notice, visit Carbon Health. It’s more affordable then presenting yourself at an Emergency Room."

"Totally unprofessional reception person. Sign was posted that COVID appointments were booked for the day, walked in to ask about waitlist procedures and the staff member threw a whole tantrum while I was trying to listen for the information from the other receptionist (actual helpful adult) as explained the process to another guest. She then tried talking over me and her while I told her I was listening for the information. Complete disregard for professionalism and just customer curtesy altogether stating she wished we “knew how to just read the sign outside”. Only gave a second star for the other lady being professional and still trying to explain despite her coworker’s meltdown and because I’ve been here once before and they were all very helpful. But I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional individual in a healthcare setting before."

"My insurance will only allow me to use this as urgent care but I wish I could use them for my primary care. I have had three five star appointments with this place. I really can't recommend it enough and I have full insurance I can go anywhere and I choose here every time. They know what they're doing it's spotlessly clean and when you're sick and want something done quickly this is the place to go. I'm very grateful to the staff there for helping me so many times when I really felt horrible ill."

"Any time I am sick or need anything Carbon Health has got me. During Covid, injuries, urgent care, and primary care. They have same day appointments, X-rays, labs, video visits..they are basically a mini emergency room. They are amazing!!
