That right there is a good customer experience, not every place around here is able to do. "Spectacular service indeed, love the atmosphere of the venue. Great location, and simple sign in procedures. Every time I’ve gone to be tested or treated I find the staff to be on point and knowledgeable. I find the turn around times for testing to be better than other Urgent Cares I’ve been to. Highly recommend when in need of quick care and expert advise."

"This place is awesome!! the location the staff! and the manager is gorgeous my mother and sister couldn’t stop complimenting her. We went in and came out. they need more buses to get out there. these people saved my finger from getting infected!"

"Love Chai - easy, quick, clean and friendly service. I go there every time I need a COVID test and they turn around a rapid within 10 minutes usually and PCR is typically 24 hrs (depending, of course :)"
