"Well, over all experienced with the stuff and everything is excellent service. Compare to summit hospital, alameda hospital, highland most definitely "HIGHLAND HOSPITAL"? Is nothing compare to the service here at washington hospital. Very professional and courteous and very attentive stuff. Let's see and if there's any changes....i will keep you updated."

"Front desk lady was not very helpful when asked how long it would take to take my kid in. He had two fractures in the wrist. She kept on saying they are very busy and can't really answer that question as patients were coming in fast. I was shocked to see her asking for insurance information while my kid was in utter pain. Aren't they suppose to take us in by law? Insurance details could be collected later as well, right? Thankfully we went in after 10min. Nurses and assistants were good and quick in services. Although, the doctor adjusted my kids hand without any sedation which was a surprise even for the orthopedic nurse and the doctor we visited two days after. My kid screamed and cried in pain which was very hard to watch. I felt that he might faint out of the shock and trauma. Doctor did it twice. They took x-rays second time to make sure the adjustment worked. Doctor took atleast 30 to 40 min after the second round of x-rays to show up. My kid was very hungry and I asked one of the assistants for some snacks. He acted as if he was trying to get something but later said that they were too busy and it might take longer. I then asked the receptionist and she quickly gave me some crackers."

"Ever hear of quality hospitality? (IN A HOSPITAL). Punctual, honest, polite, and truely authentic medical professionals. Don't think twice; if this is an option for you! I say do it."

"The ER was empty, so it didn't take too long to get in, but that was it. Nurses are standing around. No doctors around. Finally get to see the doctor and he is friendly and orders medicine. A little while later he checks back and decides it's time to discharge, "let's get you out of here!".... 2 hours later, they finally get the discharge papers. There's literally no one around and it's not busy at all."

"Went here to check on our newborn. The nurse was absolutely amazing, very savvy in taking care of our baby, patiently took her time to answer our questions & explaining (even better than our own pediatrician). The doctor came & quickly fix the problem in no time. With everyone, the receptionist, nurses, doctors, we were very satisfied on the service we received."

"My son came in badly injured as well as uninsured. Washington Hospital did everything they could for the imeadiate emergency, explained how serious it was and sent us off . It was all very kind and caring. We really appreciate the level of care given"

"Just came in after horrible flu like symptoms from a trip abroad. Was very happy to get fast, courteous service at the ER. Saw the physician Dr. Bhatti and was treated promptly, and with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Would definitely recommend them to family. Great job to the whole team! Thank you."

"We took a trip to the emergency room at Washington Hospital after a family member had a tough and painful sports injury. Doctors, nurses, staff were all very responsive and caring. And, the treatment for the injury turned out to be very good medicine. Five stars."
