Maria and Dr. Almaji along with the hospital staff were so kind and friendly, and the waiting time wasn’t bad at all. "Security was rude, had a noticeable irritated mood and was not friendly. Waiting rooms are always full unsurprisingly and visitors as well as patients are forced to wait outside or in cars. Communication between staff is unclear and inconsistent."

"I don’t know how anyone could give this place a bad review!! They are beyond excellent as far as patient care, cleanliness, diagnosis & timely service. Sandra was my nurse & she was not only a lovely individual but she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and understood all the Dr.’s instructions. Dr. Swain didn’t rush through his visit with me even though I was there for a minor injury and not for a single second did I feel judged or looked down on for anything. I promise if you go here you will receive exceptional service & a thorough exam. I wish all hospitals were like this. Thank you to the entire staff!!!"

"If you have to go to the ER I highly recommend Kaiser. I spent almost one week here in the ER room due to an infection I was fighting . From the moment I checked in till the end the staff was amazing.Doctors , Nurses, medical Associates are friendly and had great bed side manners . The wait time was not long at all, the hospital is clean and there is parking. I want to say a special thank you toDr. Muneer Hameer: You are an amazing doctor.I thank you for helping me. I am glad that during such a difficult time you were there to help me ."

"I was honestly surprised at the quality of care I received here. I fully expected to wait for hours because it was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. The staff was very professional - even when dealing with some difficult patients multiple times that night. They had a very wide range of knowledge as well and knew exactly how to triage and treat my off-the-wall health issues. I would definitely recommend this ER. I think I was here for a max of 1.5 hours and they got me into a room very quickly."

"Took my daughter to the E.R due to fever and vomit. Have to admit we waited little time, staff and doctor were nice. Only downfall were the nurses. It took 4 nurses and 3 pokes in my daughters arm for blood withdrawal."

"ER was quick, efficient, friendly, clean and professional. When in about 3am and was out no later than 4am. 24hr pharmacy filled prescription within 15 mins and was home no later 5."

"Dr. Kung and all of the nurses in the emergency were so great, they got me help as quickly as they could and were so kind and put me at ease for a minor surgery that I needed. First time having to go to the hospital alone and they helped calm my nerves. Thank you!"

"Dr. Plumley and his team in Urgent Care were wonderful. I had almost no wait whatsoever to be seen, and when I was seen, he and his team of nurses did a great job. They explained everything thoroughly, took their time, and made sure all my questions were answered. As a patient new to Kaiser, I have had nothing but great experiences so far for everything from check-in to discharge. Thanks, Dr. Plumley, and the Urgent Care team at West LA Kaiser."

"I didn't know what causes my issue and I had pains so I came to this location.Doctor Bharel came so fast in the room to see me and found I had mucus behind my ear drums and really what's going on.Was really caring and most importantly everything happened fast no waiting for hours.Very pleased with the service ,thank you!"

"I don't know about this place anymore, they used to give you good service, now it takes weeks to see the doctors, urgent care is open at 9am and the pharmacy customer service is pretty bad. I came with my prescription, waited around 30 minutes , I go asked why is it raking too long. I'm told the guy who took my info stated I was picking up my medicine the next day!! Unfreaking believable! How can you go to the doctor and pick up your medicine the next day? Then you complain and there is no manager so no one is hold accountable!"
