"My experience in the emergency room was absolutely amazing (as amazing as the ER can be). The nurses were so kind and walked me through what I should expect and made me feel cared for and valued, the doctor was also very kind and thoroughly explained what was happening, it’s so rare for all of the staff to be so kind and considerate and sensitive to your circumstances, in addition to all of that I received great medical care. Thank you to everyone there!"

"My husband had surgery there back in December and the staff was great. They ensured that I was updated with everything that was taking place with him since there has been COVID restrictions. I am thankful for their attentiveness and that they effectively cared for my husband, which brought so much peace to me."

"Staffs and nurses work properly with kindness but entrance security people are very rude and hoarse to patients and guests, it’s hard to understand why they talk in rude manner, it’s like yelling, so that they make me leave unhappy feedback on this good hospital who deserves 4 stars. They should be well trained or replaced to men of good nature."

"Dr. Mitchell is HORRIFIC!!! He should never have been a doctor, since he gives the impression that he detests his patients and wants to let them die. A few months ago, he wanted to pull the plug on my mom and did not want to treat her. He insisted to change her code to "DNR", which I am glad I refused to do do. Thanks to Dr. Faria and Dr. Kapila, my mom pulled through from serious complications. Nurse Robert Saunders and nurse Roland were outstanding and very professional. Thank you all for your compassion and empathy towards your patients."

"After my husband's week long stay, nothing but positive experiences. Nursing staff was great-Juan, Ashu, Jonathan, were so helpful! Doctors were great as well. It really makes a difference when everyone you run into is smiling and positive."

"I’m not sure why such bad ratings but I am hear visiting and needed to go a few days ago however, After reading the reviews, I was VERY reluctant.From the time that I walked in until the time I was discharged.... THE BEST HOSPITAL -BED SIDE MANNERS IVE EXPERIENCED besides my own in my hometown.Dr. Kao Was through and concerned about my situation. Anna was very courteous and Paul , you're just awesome and sweet. Also my nurse was great too. Melissa was great and sweet.You first just have to trust God and then trust yourself and listen to your body then He gives us a Medical team to take care of us.They are very busy and I’m sure that they do their best to take care of each and every one of us.God Bless you All at the St. Rose Hospital in Union City. May he continue to shine on you all as a faculty and staff."

"I went to the emergency room with a chest pain and other symptoms, ALL THE PEOPLE THERE WERE REALLY NICE but 2 people there were specially NICE, one of them is RACHEL and the other one is NANCY...Doctor CHEN took his time to answer all my questions...I will definitely recomend this Hospital."
