"10/10, the next time I feel like dying Im definitely coming to this location. I was nervous about the wait time since it’s a urgent care but I was seen within the first 5 minutes of walking in. The whole staff was amazing from the receptionist Ericka, to the RN Joseph and Stephanie who made me feel comfortable. Plus this location is very neat and clean."

"Came in for an excruciating ear ache for my 8 yr old. From the start Erika in registraron was super fast to help is. The rad tech and we tech Michael and Mariah were really patient with a wiggly kid. Dr. Henderson figured out the problem right way. And nurse Yaritza was a huge help. She was caring and very fast with administering the antibiotic for Kevin. He only cried a little. We appreciate the fast attention and action for a scary time."

"This place deserves 10 stars. I walked in with my 4 year old who wasn’t feeling well. I spoke to Ericka A at the front who was so kind and provided us with mask as we did not have any. Checking in was quick and easy, we waited no more than 5 minutes to be called. Katrina A was our nurse and she was so kind and sweet. Dr. Pham was also amazing he came in shortly after the nurse and was very knowledgeable and kind. Michael M was also really awesome he did my daughters CT scan. Over all everyone was very kind and sweet. Definitely recommend to anyone."

"I have had the pleasure of being treated by many different healthcare workers on their staff, and every person I’ve ever interacted with, from the registrar to the physicians, has been such a kind person.Their wait time is always minimal to practically none, which has been my experience every time I have visited.They pride themselves on getting you back in a room quickly. However, that doesn’t mean that they rush through your treatment.They take their time, ascertain the problem, and get you feeling better as soon as possible.If you are looking for a clean facility, no wait time, and a kind and knowledgeable emergency room staff, look no further."

Follow up ideas were presented to me so I can work with my personal physician. The facility is like a small hospital with a blood lab, xray and other technology. The staff are really caring people. "Dr Luis Ortiz was there for me when I was scared and all alone. I almost cut off my pinky finger in a freak accident and was scared I would lose my finger. He reassured me, stitched me up, and talked so I felt less alone. And then he even made an appointment with the surgeon for me so I could get surgery that same day. The surgeon said that was critical to saving my finger and I have hope I’ll get back to normal because Dr Ortiz helped me.On top of that, the X-ray specialist did my hair so I didn’t look crazy anymore. I’m still wearing the style 5 days later 😊I felt cared for with competence and so glad I came here."

"The care was great! I was listened to and taken seriously.The medical records after was not. I requested for a full release of my medical records for a follow-up appointment with another doctor. I requested it at 8 am. I was called at 3 pm to pick it up. I asked to pick it up after work.The records weren't printed when I got there. They were also incomplete. I needed the CT scans. That is not a full release of "personal health information." If I didn't check and specifically ask, I wouldn't have gotten the CT scans.I was asked to sit down and wait for the pictures to be burned onto a CD. I've been waiting for quite a while. Apparently there was a shift change. That's fine. I just want to know if the shift has been changing since 8 am too.I was told the photos were not burned into the CD so my personal information wouldn't sit around the office, which sounds nice until I thought about it. If HIPAA controls what medical professionals can do with your info, who else is allowed to access records in this facility? People ask for their records all the time, you can't store it somewhere secure?"

"We had a late-night covid scare with my 4yr daughter, and I am so glad this clinic is close by! We were in a room and tested within 30 minutes, and we received (negative) results 15 minutes later. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was attentive and spent lots of time talking to us. I also came to this clinic once before after my son broke his arm and had an equally great experience. Highly recommend!"
